During the first lockdown in the UK, I produced three related digital artworks under the title Exercising My Walk. They incorporate photographs of trees and branches taken on my daily exercise walk. They are in saturated colour and, after the use of vector software, are combined with abstracted windows, doors and blinds, which are presented as the lockdown barriers to greater access to the natural world. The artworks articulate lockdown restrictions through the freedom of an imaginative space.

They are archive quality giclée prints, using an Epson HDR ten colour pigment printing system with Epson Ultrachrome inks and acid-free Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper.

These large (84 x 119cm) prints, in an edition of ten, have the artist’s signature and edition number on a special micro-embossed security label attached to the reverse. In addition, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity. The printer, Point101, will endorse both label and certificate. This provides a further level of provenance for your print, since it will appear in the printer’s records.
